Maxx Environmental rehabilitated a deteriorated manhole in Venice, Florida where the existing epoxy topcoat had failed and the manhole bench required reconstruction.
Inspection revealed that much of the cementitious underlayment remained intact despite the damaged bench. The rehabilitation included constructing a new bench and applying 2 or more inches of SewperCoat® to restore the structure.
The completed project demonstrates how SewperCoat® can be used to restore deteriorated sewer infrastructure without full structure replacement.
