Manholes deteriorate for different reasons. Some have active ground water infiltration, while others have corrosion, failing concrete, damaged benches or inverts, leaking joints, or deterioration around the chimney and frame. Maxx evaluates the condition of the structure and repairs the areas that are actually failing.
