Pic 1 – Epoxy top coat gone. Severe H2S environment.
Pic 2 – Once sections of epoxy top coat is gone the H2S attack is concentrated on the underlayment in those spots eventually finding the substrate & food source. Also no bench, no bottom, dirt floor.
Pic 3 – Strong HP applied @ 2-3 inches throughout. New bench & inverts. (Look at the exposed pipes which are now covered showing how thick the Strong HP is)
